The finished DropSite will
have an icon like this.The DropSites you save are self-contained applications. They are set-up to deliver files via FTP by simple dragging files and folders onto their icons. The files are delivered using the criteria you set up in the Courier Config program.

After your user drops some files onto the icon they will see a Transfer Progress window.
When the transfer is complete the window will go away.
If you checked some of the "User can change" boxes your user can make changes to some settings in the "Preferences" dialog from the "File" menu on OS X or from the "Edit" menu on OS 8 & 9. Windows users are not able to make changes.
This DropSite allows a user to change the User ID, the Archiving scheme and the message sent with the file manifest.
Mac OS users can update their DropSite by dropping an Export Destination file on it. This feature is not supported on Windows.
Choosing to replace the destination will load the new settings in the DropSite.
