Using Email as a file exchange media
Sending large files via Email is not always practical. Beware that many ISPs limit the size of incoming messages. Many restrict message size to less than 5MB. Email is also slower to send and retrieve than using FTP.
If you are sending multiple files or any folders you should use a utility such as Stuffit, Zip or Tar to make an archive. Making an archive will make the multiple files into one smaller file.
When you send files via Email to multiple destinations DropSite will use the first address to decide how to encode the files and whether to ask for a subject and memo.
